Worthington Chapter Scholarship Deadline Extended to May 1
The Worthington Chapter Scholarship is a $1,000 award offered to members, or children or grandchildren of members of Worthington Chapter. Normally, applications are due April 1 of each year, but the deadline has been extended to May 1 for this year only. Applications and the required essay should be sent to the Chapter Secretary. Ken Scott Memorial Scholarship
The Ken Scott Memorial Scholarship was created by the 2009 Grand Chapter Officers to honor Ken's service as their Worthy Grand Patron. It has since been supported by OES chapters and individuals throughout the state, as well as friends and family of Kenneth B. Scott, who died in March, 2019 after a long battle with cancer. A $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a member of each of the Masonic Youth Groups in Ohio -- DeMolay, Rainbow, and Job's Daughters, An application form can be downloaded HERE. Applications are due April 1.
2020 Ritual Competition
This year's Grand Chapter Ritual Competition, named in memory of our own Kenneth B. Scott, has been canceled for the 2020 Grand Chapter session, due to concerns about spreading the Coronavirus among our Sisters and Brothers.
